Roofing
A roof is the one part of your house that fails quietly. By the time you see a stain on the ceiling, the decking underneath has usually been wet for a while.
We tear off, inspect the decking, replace what's rotten, and re-roof properly, with ice-and-water shield in the valleys and around penetrations, proper ventilation, and flashing that's replaced instead of re-used. If a repair is genuinely all you need, we'll tell you that too.

Siding & Exteriors
New siding hides everything behind it, which is exactly why what happens before it goes on matters more than the color you pick.
We pull the old siding, look at the sheathing and framing underneath, fix what's wrong, and then wrap and install. That's the difference between siding that lasts twenty-five years and siding that traps moisture against rotten sheathing for five.

Decks, Porches & Railings
Most of the decks we're called out to look at didn't fail on the surface. They failed at the ledger, the posts or the footings.
We build from the ground up: proper footings below frost line, correctly flashed ledger boards, joist spacing matched to the decking product, and railing that meets code and actually feels solid when you lean on it. Demo, haul-off and rebuild all handled by us.

Service 04
Additions & Structural Framing
Cutting a new stairwell through a finished house, removing a load-bearing wall, adding a room. This is the work a lot of remodelers subcontract out or turn down.
We do it in-house. That means one crew responsible for the framing, the beam sizing, the drywall that follows and the trim that finishes it, and no finger-pointing when something doesn't line up.
